Workout of the day
Every day the home page shows a workout on the whiteboard, with the interval clock running next to it in that workout's rhythm. Grab your equipment and go.
To the workout of the dayFind workouts
Filter by your equipment, timer format, goal and the time you have. Every card explains the rhythm in words and lists the exercises. Your selection is part of the address – bookmark it or share it.
To the workoutsUnderstand the exercises
Every exercise comes with a short explanation – body area, traits like one-sided or rotation, and the equipment you need. Click an exercise on a workout card to jump right to it. Explainer videos are coming.
To the exercisesTrain along on YouTube
The workouts get videos in which I train alongside you in real time – with timer, a preview of the next exercise and audio cues. Press play and join in. The only sound is the timer, on purpose: the beeps tell you when to work and when to rest – play your own music alongside from whatever app or speaker you like. Videos are released step by step.
